Serves 6-8 or more, depending on size of cabbage head
- 2 slices bacon, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced or chopped
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 2-3 Tbs. sherry
- Lawrey’s seasoned salt to taste
1. Saute chopped bacon until crisp in large frying pan.
2. Add onion, green pepper, and cabbage. Cover and cook on medium heat for ten minutes, until cabbage is just tender.
3. Add sherry. Serve immediately.
