Serves 8

1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs

1 Tbs. gound nutmeg

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

8 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into quarters

1/2 cup melted butter

 

1. Combine bread crumbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Dip potatoes in butter; roll in bread crumb mixture.  Place in greased jelly-roll pan.

2. Bake at 350 about an hour until crisp and brown.
