Bertie’s Tomato Aspic

Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
  • 1 small package lemon Jello gelatin
  • 1 small (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Sliced stuffed green olives or canned artichoke hearts
Instructions:

Add tomato sauce and into mold or Jello pan.

Add Worcestershire sauce and chopped olives or artichoke hearts. Mix well and refrigerate.

Serve over lettuce and top each serving with a dab of mayonnaise.
