Serves 6-8
- 1 6 oz. package raspberry or cherry Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can cranberry sauce (either regular or whole berries)
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 3 Tbs. port wine (add more if desired)
1. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water.
2. Blend in cranberry sauce. Fold in applesauce, raspberries and oranges. Add port wine.
3. Spray mold with Pam, then pour in the fruit mixture. Chill until set.
