2 cups vermouth, sherry, or dry white wine
2 bottles soy sauce (8 oz each … this is an OLD recipe!! )
Juice of two oranges/ 1 cup
Juice of two lemons/ 1/2 cup
Two cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
2 Tbs. sugar
1 or 2 flank steaks or any cut of beef for the BBQ
Mix all ingredients in a 1-gallon zip-lock bag. Seal meat into marinade and leave in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. NOTE**Use half this recipe for two flank steaks or meat for four people.
