Easy Baked Pork Chops

Serves 6-8

1 pork chop per person (thin chops, bone-in are best; thick chops are too dry)

1 large onion sliced in 6-8 1/4″ slices

1 large bell pepper sliced into 6-8 rings

1 can golden mushroom soup

1. Place chops in shallow baking dish.

2. Top each chop with the onion slice, then a pepper ring.

3. Pour soup over all chops and cover pan with foil.

4. Bake at 350 for 30 minute;  remove foil. Check for doneness; allow to bake more until tender, if needed.
