3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
2 Tbs. light brown sugar
2 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
2 Tbs. butter, divided
1/4 cup red wine
1. Mix crushed garlic, brown sugar, and steak seasoning in a small bowl.
2. Cut pork diagonally into one-inch slices. Press each into the garlic mixture.
3. Saute in one Tbs. butter 5-6 minutes per side until well browned and meat is not pink, but still tender. Remove to warm platter.
4. Stir in wine and remaining Tbs. butter. simmer one minute, stirring continually. Pour sauce over warm medallions of meat and serve immediately.
