Seafood Lasagna

serves 8-10

10 lasagna noodles, cooked

1 med. onion, diced

2 Tbs. butter

8 oz. cream cheese

1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

2 tsp basil … or more, to taste

2 eggs

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1/3 cup milk

1/2 cup dry white wine

salt & pepper

1 lb. shrimp

2 cans crab

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1. Saute onion in butter.

2. Stir in cream cheese, cottage cheese, basil and eggs.

3. In a separate bowl combine mushroom soup, milk, wine, shrimp, crab, salt and pepper.

4. Layer half cheese mixture in a 9×13 pan. Follow with noodles, then soup mixture.  Repeat. When all layers are complete, top with grated cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Allow to rest for ten minutes, then serve while hot!
