- 1/2 pound butter (2 cubes)
- 1 clove garlic, sliced or crushed
- 2 Tbs. mustard (French’s yellow)
- 4 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1/2 cup catsup
Blend in small sauce pan and heat to almost boiling. Cool. Wrap salmon fillet in foil and place on hot grill. Brush over fish as it cooks.
