Bob Strobel’s Secret Salmon Sauce


  • 1/2 pound butter (2 cubes)
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced or crushed
  • 2 Tbs. mustard (French’s yellow)
  • 4 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup catsup

Blend in small sauce pan and heat to almost boiling.  Cool. Wrap salmon fillet in foil and place on hot grill.  Brush over fish as it cooks.
