Candied Pecans

1 bag pecans      I use the Costco  2 lb- bags

1 egg white

1 tsp. water

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Whisk or beat whites and the water until frothy. Coat dry pecans with egg mixture until all are moistened.

2. Blend the sugar, salt & cinnamon evenly and toss gently with pecans until the nuts are evenly coated.

3. Arrange in a large pan and bake in oven at 225-250, stirring occasionally, until whites have dried and sugar adheres to nuts.
