Makes 12 small muffins

 

1 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup all purpose flour

2 cups chopped pecans

2/3 cup butter, sofened

2 eggs, beaten

 

Preheat oven to 350

grease muffin cups well

 

Stir together sugar, flour, and pecans.

In a separate bowl beat butter and eggs.  Stir into dry ingredients

until just combined.

Spoon into muffin cups.  Top with a pecan half.  Bake 15-17 minutes for regular-sized

tins; 12-13 for mini

Run knife around edge to release!
