Laura’s Guacamole

2 large Haas avocados, peeled and coarsely chopped

juice of one lime

1 clove garlic, minced or pressed

chopped cilanto

3 Tbs. favorite salsa

tabasco, a few drops

sour cream or mayonnaise to taste, if  more creamy texture is preferred

1. Combine avocado, lime juice, salsa garlic, and cilantro in a bowl and stir to desired consistency or put avocado, garlic and lime juice  in a food processor.  Stir salsa and chopped cilantro into puree.  Adjust flavors with tabasco and sour cream.

2. Serve with favorite chips.
