1/2 onion, chopped

1 Tbs. butter

2 Tbs. dry white wine

8 oz. cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1   2 1/2 -oz jar dried beef, finely chopped

1/2 cup shopped pecans

1. Saute onion in butter.

2. Mix onions with wine, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and beef. Spread in an 8″ square pan.

3. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.  Serve with chips or crackers.
