2 cubes soft butter

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper

8 os. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

2 cups Rice Crispies

1. Cut together the butter, flour, salt and cayenne.

2.  Stir in Rice Crispies and cheese.

3. Roll into small balls and press flat.  Can be frozen at this point until needed.

4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and they have browned slightly.
