1 pound Monterey Jack cheese,grated
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
1 12-oz. can condensed milk
1 large jar whole green chilies, seeds, removed (see step one).
1. Layer chilies in a 9×13 pan. (Diced or sliced chilies could be used by stirring them into the mixture in step two. Grease pan well.
2. Blend cheeses and stir in beaten eggs and condensed milk. Pour mixture over chilies.
3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
