3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

6-8 scallions, diced  ( green onions)

3 Tbs. mayonnaise

1/3 cup sour cream

1  8-oz. bar cream cheese

1 tsp. lemon juice

4  ounces lumpfish caviar rinsed and drained well

1. Butter a spring-form pan.  Mix eggs with mayonnaise and spread on bottom of pan.

2. sprinkle onions over eggs.

3. Blend sour cream, cream cheese, and lemon juice.  Spread evenly over onion layer.

4. Chill 4-6 hours.

5. Just before serving, remove sides of spring-pan and place bottom on serving plate.  Arrange caviar on top of cream cheese layer.  Serve with crackers
