1 loaf Rhodes white bread dough*, thawed   (use a pre-made frozen bread dough)

1 jar pizza sauce

sliced meats:  pepperoni, Canadian bacon, sausage

Other pizza ingredients of choice:

choped onion

sliced olives

chopped peppers

sliced mushrooms

shredded cheeses  (mozzarella, jack, cheddar, parmesan)

1. Thaw dough and roll into rectangle about 10×18

2. Spread with pizza sauce

3. Layer with meats, vegetables, then cheese.

4. Sprinkle with parmesan.

5. Roll jelly-roll style along wide end and seal edges of ends.

6. Bake on a cookie sheet at temperature suggested by bread package for 20-30 minutes, or until bread is browned and tests done.  It is not necessary to let it rise, since it will puff up during baking.  Cool and slice.

*One recipe I have used suggests using pizza dough instead of bread dough.
