1 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1  10-oz. pkg chopped spinach, thawed and pressed dry

1  6-oz can water chestnuts, diced

1 pkg. Knorr’s dry vegetable soup mix (no noodles)

garlic powder to taste

1 round loaf French, rye or sourdough bread, plus a second loaf to provide enough cubed bread for dipping

1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, spinach, chestnuts, soup mix, and garlic powder.  Cover and chill for 4-6 hours ahead.

2. Hollow round loaf and fill with dip.  Serve with cubed chunks of bread to dip.
